ISO standards are recognized in over ninety countries worldwide. Our products are consistently produced within the guidelines of a structured, documented set of quality procedures, resulting in a higher level of workmanship and customer service. Having completed Black Belt training in May, we are hard at work on completing our first improvement project to reduce cycle times and defects in our order entry process. During the Measurement phase of this project, we determined that our quotation process also needed to be refined. We look forward to enhancing the appearance, accuracy and timeliness of our quotations to customers while expanding the communication options available.
